But you will know that Sichuan food is characterized by pungent, hot, sweet, sour, strange, and salty flavors by attending the authentic Sichuan cooking workshop.  Especially the unique Sichuan ingredients Sichuan peppercorns, which gives you tongue-numbing in your mouth.

Our degustation menu is full of surprise selection of many tasting portions from the seasonal Market, tasty, new and fresh. Besides you could taste the local homemade dish what we eat in China.
