During this cooking workshop, you will know that Sichuan dishes is not just about spicy, but more unique and tasty flavour, such us sweet, sour, numbing etc. Thus, this workshop is suitable for everyone love Sichuan cuisine. You will learn how to cook the authentic Sichuan cuisine with the specific basic, authentic and soul ingredients with right cooking methods.
Under Xinyu’s guidance, you will cook all the dishes on your own with your team. At the end of the workshop, we will eat together in the dining room. Xinyu will taste your dishes, the outstanding dish of the team will win a prize.
Total workshop time: 3.5 hours
The workshop includes:
- 4-5 dishes with all Ingredients, recipes
- Homemade snacks
- Authentic Chinese tea, coffee, flavoured tea.
